This is a remote position. About Us: We partner with U.S.-based personal injury law firms to connect them with skilled international professionals for long-term, remote opportunities. One of our client firms is currently seeking a remote bilingual (English and Spanish) Case Manager to join their team. This position is open exclusively to international candidates. Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and updates throughout the life of the case. Coordinate and monitor medical treatment, records requests, and billing documentation. Work closely with attorneys to support case strategy, preparation, and progression. Draft and review correspondence, case summaries, and other legal-related documents.
