Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. QC Manual Engineer to support a live production, customer-facing event platform. This role will focus on manual testing, production issue triage, API validation, backend data validation, regression testing, and end-to-end workflow validation. The ideal candidate can troubleshoot issues across systems, collaborate effectively with support, product, engineering, and business stakeholders, and help ensure timely resolution of issues impacting active customer workflows.
Enterprise experience strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot production issues impacting live customer-facing event workflows.
- Validate APIs and integrations using Postman.
- Reproduce, document, and track defects using Jira.
