Job Description
We are seeking an IT Support & Systems Administrator to provide comprehensive technical support and manage enterprise systems, cloud services, and business applications. This role combines Help Desk operations with systems administration responsibilities, ensuring reliable IT services, secure infrastructure, and an excellent end-user experience. Requirements Experience providing L1/L2 IT support and systems administration. Strong knowledge of: Windows and macOS. Microsoft 365 administration. Azure cloud services. Windows Server. Active Directory. Networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP). VPN, LAN/WAN, and remote connectivity. VoIP systems. Experience supporting CRM platforms and Adobe products. English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have Microsoft 365, Azure, ITIL, or CompTIA certifications.
