Job Summary


The Clinical Efficiency Program/Quality Improvement Manager supports patient access and flow initiatives across the organization. This position acts as an internal consultant in facilitation, coaching, change management, and process improvement; and works closely with managers, physicians, and front-line staff to identify, direct, and implement quality improvement processes. The Clinical Efficiency Manager supports/assists the Director in planning, implementing and evaluating program and organizational initiatives.
