Due to expansion, we are looking for a Bilingual Personnel Consultant (work-from-home) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting monthly/quarterly and yearly financial target by: Researching, sourcing and screening resumes for various positions
Pre-qualifying applicants Conducting interviews daily
Maintaining good client rapport by presenting suitable candidates for current openings
Ongoing follow up with clients and candidates on open orders
Ensuring paperwork is signed and in order
Utilizing various online tools to find candidates
Upselling to current clients when necessary
Any other duties as required The ideal candidate will have: Fluently Bilingual in both French and English
Post-Secondary Education 1-2 years of previous staffing industry experience preferred
Strong sense of urgency
Customer service oriented Ability to work efficiently without supervision
