About the Role
Our client is building a next-generation Go-To-Market (GTM) engine and is seeking a GTM Engineer with senior-level autonomy and strong technical fluency. This individual will architect, automate, and scale revenue workflows across the entire GTM lifecycle. The role is hands-on and systems-focused, blending experimentation, AI, automation, and data modeling to unlock new pipeline opportunities, accelerate deal cycles, and enhance customer retention.
A GTM Engineer for our client is not a traditional CRM administrator or ticket-taker. Instead, this person operates as an internal product engineer for GTM—identifying bottlenecks, designing experiments, developing prototypes, and scaling the workflows that demonstrate real impact.
