JoVE is seeking a Customer Success Specialist in Bogotá, Colombia to assist professors in integrating JoVE videos into their courses. You will conduct outreach to faculty for product adoption and ensure consistent usage of JoVE resources.
Ideal candidates will hold a Master’s degree or PhD in Life Sciences and have experience in customer-facing roles. Strong English communication skills and networking abilities are essential. Join us to impact science education and research.
