ERP Sales Account Executive – Packaging (LATAM) Mexico / LATAM (remote with travel) $120K OTE ($60K base + $60K uncapped) We’re partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed software business transforming how packaging manufacturers run their operations. If you’ve sold ERP into corrugated, folding carton, or flexible packaging and know how to win mid-market manufacturing deals, this is a genuine “make your number” environment. The role You’ll own new business across LATAM, targeting packaging manufacturers who need better control across production, scheduling, inventory, and commercial performance. This is a full-cycle role, from prospecting through to close, with strong backing, a clear value proposition, and a product that solves real operational pain.
