Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive, quota-carrying Account Executive to own the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to close. You will identify and acquire new clients, expand revenue inside existing accounts, and partner with internal recruitment and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer goals. This is a hunter-oriented role that requires strategic outreach, sharp negotiation skills, and the ability to influence executive and C-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales cycle: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close net-new business
- Build and execute a territory/account plan that consistently meets or exceeds quarterly revenue targets
- Conduct discovery calls with mid-market and enterprise prospects to surface pain points and tailor solutions
