Account Junior
We are looking for an Account Junior who combines a solid Customer Success background with strong commercial skills. This profile will act as a strategic point of contact for active accounts, identifying growth opportunities, bridging technical teams and business stakeholders, and translating customer needs into tangible solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring high retention and customer satisfaction rates.
- Identify and execute upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within the existing customer portfolio.
- Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements, working closely with product and engineering teams.
- Collaborate in the development of commercial proposals, quotes, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs).
