Job Description
Account Manager Responsibilities
- Manage new and existing customer relationships
- Present products to customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Identify and prioritize existing and prospective customers within territory and keep mailing list current
- Study product information, attend seminars, supervise product tests and results
- Attend and contribute to company sales meetings and technical sessions
- Provide customers with relevant literature and promotional materials to enhance productivity
- Provide market information regarding trends, new products, market share in existing and potential accounts
- Proactively solve problems for customers and generate cost savings
- Build and sustain positive customer relationships and conduct performance meetings (with clients)
