The position of Accounts Payable Representative (RBS) involves supporting daily accounting operations with a focus on accounts receivable and customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing customer payments (including credit card and online payments)
- Resolving payment issues
- Managing refunds and unapplied payments
- Supporting billing and collections activities
- Coordinating with corporate finance teams
- Handling customer inquiries
- Maintaining accurate financial records
