About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable (AP) Staff to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all payment processes run accurately, on time, and in compliance with company policies and tax regulations.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams and vendors, playing a key role in maintaining smooth financial operations and strong financial control.

What You’ll Do

• Review, verify, and validate incoming invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Ensure all payments comply with internal policies and Indonesian tax regulations (including PPh 23)
• Prepare payment schedules and prioritize based on due dates and urgency
