Accounting Clerk (Ciudad Apodaca)

LPI de Mexico, a subsidiary of Lifetime Products, Inc., is hiring for a dynamic, driven person to join the accounting team as an accounting clerk.This position will be focused on the accounts receivable side of the business dealing mainly with LPI de Mexico transactions and will be part of an accounting team at the Monterrey, Mexico facility.This position will report to the accounting team in Utah and will have the support of the corporate accounting team and the potential for additional work assigned from the corporate team.This position requires full time attendance at company offices in Apodaca, NL.EssentialResponsibilitiesCompiles, sorts, and reviews documents such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactionsVerifies and posts details of business transactions to customer portalsPrepares customer invoices in company ERP system and government invoicing system in a timely manner for shipments to be processedReconciles reports to find discrepancies and problemsCompil...
