• Lead the accounting team, fostering an efficient and results‑oriented work environment.
• Manage the full RTR process, ensuring that all financial close activities are completed accurately and on time.
• Supervise the recording of transactions, account reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, and bank activities to maintain reliable financial information.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses that support internal monitoring and decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax obligations and requirements established by the SAT.
• Provide support during audits by delivering necessary information and documentation.
