Accounts Payable Intern (Monterrey)

OVERVIEWWorking as an Accounts Payable Intern, you will be processing invoices from suppliers for inventory purchases that were performed by our branches, national purchasing group, our international purchasing group, and the manufacturing centers.We use a three way matching system and you will be responsible to solve the match issues and respond to our suppliers in a timely manner, along with working directly with our purchasing groups.RESPONSIBILITIESMaintaining a specific group of supplier relationships and their invoicesMonitoring match exception errors related to supplier invoicesScanning verification of electronic invoicesProcessing credits to suppliersReviewing and updating supplier statementsREQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONSExcellent written and oral communication skillsProficient using Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilitiesExhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skillsDemonstrate strong math ...
