Your Mission
The Account Manager acts as the central point of contact, ensuring seamless communication between the client and our internal teams. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of existing portfolios, from initial onboarding and performance tracking to issue resolution with a relentless focus on account optimization and relationship building.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing accounts, fostering long-term partnerships through proactive communication.
- Conduct regular Business Reviews to align client goals with our service delivery and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Execute data-driven optimization strategies to maximize the ROI (Return on Investment) for each client account.
