Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the store to success.
• Inspire the team and create a positive shopping experience.
• Meet sales and business targets.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (graduate).
• Minimum 1 year experience leading retail stores in fashion, beauty, technology or consumer goods.
• Charismatic, empathetic, and commercial vision.
• Availability for shifts 8 hours, Sunday to Sunday, with a day off during the week.
• Passion for makeup, aesthetics, and unique customer experiences.
