Job Description
As an administrative analyst, you will manage internal requests for goods and services, ensuring budget control and proper accounting classifications to guarantee payment to the architectural business nationwide.
You will work #LI-Onsite in our distibution center located in Cuautitlan reporting to the administrative hub lider
Responsibilities
You will manage internal requests in the ERP system, coordinating follow-up with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Tax, and Finance departments.
You will administrate the budget for expense management and control.
You will create reports to monitor spending and support decision-making.
You will follow-up and validate with other teams to ensure supplier payments.
You will support, follow-up, and training for the commercial team to ensure the proper credit note process.
