Responsibilities
- Organize office administration in support of an assigned professional or manager team.
- Complete assigned day-to-day tasks of various kinds.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and analyze monthly budget activity.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and write meeting minutes and protocols.
- Coordinate and establish all travel arrangements, and reconcile travel and expense reports.
- Answer, screen, and place phone calls, and manage in- and outbound correspondence.
- Monitor all information flow, including maintaining paper and electronic files.
