Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Regional Sales Managers to streamline and enhance field operations.Prepare accurate and timely quotations using the company’s ERP system.Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams to address and fulfill customer requirements.Follow up on quotations and orders to ensure clear and timely communication with clients. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Relations, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in a similar role.Background in the manufacturing industry.Proficient in using ERP and CRM systems for quoting and data management.US Valid VisaFully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
