Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Regional Sales Managers to streamline and enhance field operations.

  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations using the company’s ERP system.

  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Engineering teams to address and fulfill customer requirements.

  • Follow up on quotations and orders to ensure clear and timely communication with clients.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Relations, or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Background in the manufacturing industry.

  • Proficient in using ERP and CRM systems for quoting and data management.

  • US Valid Visa

  • Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
