Job Summary:

The Advanced: Employee First Aid and Patrol Dispatch role provides oversight of our Patrol Emergency Dispatch function and the Employee First Aid Room, while also acting as a liaison with the Stay All Season Physiotherapy Program. This position plays a critical role in supporting our patrollers, ensuring operational excellence, and helping staff navigate injury claims.

This role is operations-focused and requires hands-on involvement in dispatching, particularly on Saturdays and in the absence of a scheduled dispatcher.
