What You’ll Do

The Employee Communications team, part of CTC’s broader Communications group, is, in many ways, right at the heart of CTC. We collaborate with teams across the entire business, helping to keep our corporate employees informed of and connected to all the amazing things we do as a company – from our sustainability efforts to new product launches and our growth strategy – and everything in between. We drive the creative employee communications and engagement strategy and execution of a range of both stand‑alone and cross‑functional campaigns that foster a culture of diversity, belonging and inclusion, and keep our corporate employees engaged and proud to work at CTC.
