Aerospace Production Supervisor – Sheet Metal Assembly Recovery Lead

A leading aerospace operation supporting OEM programs is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor with deep expertise in sheet metal aircraft assembly to lead a critical shop-floor recovery initiative in Chihuahua, Mexico.

This role requires a strong operational leader capable of driving execution, coaching teams, stabilizing production, and enforcing aerospace assembly best practices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities


Lead daily execution of the production recovery plan
Coordinate and direct Workplace Coaches across all shifts
Prioritize critical shop-floor issues and production constraints
Ensure compliance with aerospace assembly standards and build specifications
Drive continuous improvement and corrective actions
