AFTERHOURS part time weekends (Bogotá)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide afterhours support to drivers, clients and brokers, by solving various transportation related issues and assisting drivers in different hours of service-related situations.

Duties and responsabilities

• Answer calls and document information by company policies
• Respond to any issues and follow-ups by coordinating with the appropriate departments
• Respond to queries related to updates from brokers and customers
• Prioritize and organize calls accordingly
• Proactively address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
• Assist drivers with Hours of Service related queries
• Comply with companies communication standards while in verbal and written communication
• Preserve excellent relationship with drivers
• Keep a track record of equipment movement
