Job Description

We are looking for a customer service agent to join us in a our team CUSTOMER OPERATION SUCESS S.A.S.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Address the customer’s inquiries.

Qualifications

  • B2+ in English.
  • Full time availability.
  • Prior experience in collections, customer service, sales, or related call center experience, preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal communications skills, attention to detail, experienced problem solver, strong listening and negotiation skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Assertiveness frustration tolerance and ability to deal with situations under pressure.
