We are looking for a customer service agent to join us in a our team CUSTOMER OPERATION SUCESS S.A.S.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Address the customer’s inquiries.
Qualifications
- B2+ in English.
- Full time availability.
- Prior experience in collections, customer service, sales, or related call center experience, preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communications skills, attention to detail, experienced problem solver, strong listening and negotiation skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Assertiveness frustration tolerance and ability to deal with situations under pressure.
