EXL Service Colombia is hiring Phone Auditors to support U.S. insurance audits. This role is focused on information verification, documentation, and audit support (not sales/Bussines To Bussines).

Requirements

• English level B2+.
• At least 1 year of experience in BPO/Call center (banking, billing, or financial preferred).
• Stability is non‑negotiable.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Comfortable with phone‑based professional interactions.

Offer

• Salary: $3,500,000 COP.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. (42.5 hours).
• Onsite: Connecta 26, near Portal Eldorado Transmilenio.
• Permanent contract.
