Strategy and Management: Develop the raw material area development strategy in alignment with the companys production and export plans. Oversee all operations of the Agriculture Division, including workforce planning, budgeting, and production plans. Plantation and Raw Material Area Development Identify, survey, and assess land potential in Kon Tum and surrounding areas to expand plantation/raw material zones. Develop land-use plans and implement industrial-scale passion fruit/pineapple cultivation projects. Support the establishment of standardized cultivation procedures, such as GlobalG.A.P., Organic, and other relevant standards, and supervise implementation.
