nelo.mx is seeking a Fraud Ops Analyst to enhance their fraud detection and AML compliance efforts. You will manage the AI fraud investigation stack, ensuring high standards and compliance within the operational team.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in transactional fraud investigations and AML regulations, as well as proficiency in AI tools. This role requires a presence in Mexico City, aligning closely with the CX and Risk teams.
