About the RoleWe are looking for highly hands-on technical leaders who still enjoy building software daily while leading engineering teams, driving architecture decisions, mentoring developers, and helping shape the future of AI-enabled software delivery.You will lead a small squad of engineers while collaborating closely with US-based product leadership and executive stakeholders.What You’ll Do

• Lead the modernization of enterprise systems into distributed, scalable, AI-enabled platforms
• Integrate LLM capabilities into real-world applications using Open AI, Azure Open AI, Claude, RAG pipelines, AI agents, orchestration workflows, and intelligent automation patterns
• Drive AI-assisted engineering adoption across the development lifecycle using tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and related AI workflows
