**Description**You will work with key internal and external stakeholders to protect the financial position of CPKC through the timely collection of receivable balances due under customer contracts and public tariffs while developing and maintaining strong customers relationships.You will be responsible for analyze complex accounts, collect and maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions.
**Accountabilities**- Monitor and collect past due accounts in a timely manner to protect CPKC's financial position.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, including payment arrangements, promises to pay, and any disputes or issues that arise during the collection process.
- Strategically manage multiple escalated accounts in addition to a non-escalated portfolio while reviewing customer aging, managing all potential bad debit, DSO, aging.
