Job Description

Manage and analyze Tekniplex orders, ensuring the fulfillment of the procedures involved, optimizing time and resources to ensure the quality of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send pending report.
  • Prepare out of stock report.
  • Enter new items in the Sales Logix tool.
  • Invoicing follow-up.
  • Telephone attention.
  • Active participation in improvement projects generated or required by the organization or the area manager.
  • Report any work incidents and/or unsafe conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Guarantee the updating of the information in the system, dates, quantities, price, address, schedules and other conditions required for the management of the order.
