Job Description
Manage and analyze Tekniplex orders, ensuring the fulfillment of the procedures involved, optimizing time and resources to ensure the quality of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and send pending report.
- Prepare out of stock report.
- Enter new items in the Sales Logix tool.
- Invoicing follow-up.
- Telephone attention.
- Active participation in improvement projects generated or required by the organization or the area manager.
- Report any work incidents and/or unsafe conditions.
