The Role The HR Services Analyst is responsible for collecting, validating, and processing employee information required for accurate payroll and benefits administration. This role ensures compliance with labor regulations and timely submission of employee movements to internal systems and external institutions, contributing to operational continuity and employee satisfaction. What You’ll Do (Impact Areas) Payroll & Personnel Administration Collect, capture, and validate payroll incidences such as overtime, salary differences, bonuses, gratifications, and aids using systems like Kronos and spreadsheets. Process employee hires, terminations, and changes for hourly personnel in Workday. Support supervisors with overtime, vacation, and leave authorizations in Kronos. Request and review severance and termination payments, including calculations and checks. Manage payroll card activations, replacements, and meal voucher cards.
