Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles across business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview logistics, feedback collection, and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
