Job Description

What You'll Do (Impact Areas) IT–Business Partnership Demand Governance Act as the primary liaison between IT and HR, Legal, and EHS stakeholders.
Govern demand intake, prioritization, and value realization with a focus on automation and simplification.
Challenge business requirements to eliminate non-value-added activities and manual dependencies.
Support business case development aligned to: Productivity gains Risk reduction and compliance Cost optimization Employee experience improvements Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, and security standards.
Process Simplification Intelligent Automation Lead initiatives to simplify, standardize, and digitize core processes across: HR (hire-to-retire, payroll, talent management) Legal (contract lifecycle management, compliance tracking) EHS (incident management, audits, regulatory reporting) Identify and eliminate redundant or fragmented workflows.
