:This course offers an introduction to the theory and practice of negotiation as applied to resolving legal disputes and facilitating transactions. Topics covered in this course will include understanding the nature of conflict, defining and uncovering interests, and dealing with process challenges. As part of this course, students will engage in a series of hands-on simulations that will cover direct and multi-party negotiations in various practice areas.Posting limited to:
