:This seminar offers law students an immersive, hands-on experience in entrepreneurial thinking, legal innovation, and leadership development. The course equips students with practical tools and strategic frameworks that align legal training with real-world entrepreneurial success. This course is particularly useful for law students who aspire to become entrepreneurs by starting or partnering in a legal practice or launching a business, become top-tier business lawyers who deeply understand the challenges and goals of entrepreneurial clients, or become intrapreneurs and innovators in corporate, nonprofit, or public-sector roles as in-house counsel or in non-traditional legal roles.Through instruction and case-based learning, law students will explore how to apply legal knowledge creatively and ethically to support a legal practice, startups, scale ventures, or lead innovative change in organizations.
