:This course provides an overview of anti-corruption law in Canada and abroad. It is designed to focus on practical case-studies where leaders are put to the test. We evaluate the outcomes of corruption cases from the position of prosecutors, defendants and the public and will discuss how to use the law to further combat corruption.

Topics covered include OECD Convention Against Corruption, the Canadian Legislative Framework, Corruption in public procurement, the financial elements of corruption and, above all, new tools being developed to try to fight against corruption.
