:This course, which is part of the Bundle of Advocacy Courses, consists of the introduction and demonstration of trial advocacy techniques. Students will learn best practices for developing theory and theme, direct and cross-examinations, examination of experts, as well as opening and closing statements. A key theme of the course is the acquisition of skills in a “learning by doing” environment. Oral advocacy exercises will be assigned to students each week of the course.Posting limited to:
