Description

:The objective of this course is to provide a basic understanding of one of the fundamental subjects in commercial law -- sale of goods -- through the study of the Sale of Goods, Factors and Consumer Protection Acts. Throughout the course, the relationship between legal rules and typical commercial transaction settings will be emphasized as well as the role played by lawyers in these settings.
