AR & Credit Supervisor (Bogotá)

Role Overview

The Accounts Receivable & Credit Supervisor is responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounts receivable and credit operations across multiple Latin American markets. This role leads a team of two or more direct AR/Credit Analysts and coordinates activities with an outsourced BPO team, ensuring timely collections, credit risk control, compliance with local regulations, and achievement of cash flow objectives.

This position is responsible for optimizing cash flow and minimizing financial risk to achieve key metrics for cash flow (Days Sales Outstanding, DSO, Past Due, forecast accuracy) and tactical operations.

This role will have a hybrid schedule of 3x/week in our Bogota, Colombia Office.
