Primary purpose of the position
The Shared Services Analyst (Accounts Receivable Specialist) is responsible for executing specific subprocesses within the accounts receivable function. This includes maintaining accurate customer account records, conducting account reconciliations, managing collections, and ensuring proper documentation related to in payments.
