Job Description
ResponsibilityLead the Mexico sales team to achieve annual and quarterly targets; develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies.
Partner with the Executive General Manager to implement global initiatives and drive sustainable growth.
Develop new customer segments and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients in the Mexican wind power market (including developers, utilities such as CFE, and EPCs).
Conduct market intelligence activities (customer demand analysis, competitor benchmarking, industry trend monitoring) to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Support strategic decision-making by analyzing Mexico's energy policies, utility procurement mechanisms, and developer requirements.
Manage end-to-end sales processes, including contract negotiation, commercial terms, delivery coordination, and payment collection.
