This role is integral to driving digital transformation, strengthening the sustainability of the microfinance model, and expanding the social impact of Fundación delamujer in the territories.

Travel is required to Cúcuta, Pamplona, Ocaña, and Arauca as a digital and technical commercial talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage mobile applications and digital wallet.
• Basic knowledge of financial products and data registration.
• Customer acquisition in the field, promotion of the organization's portfolio, client service, and portfolio recovery management.
• Apply digital mindset, adapt to change, and pursue continuous learning.
• Envision the digital ecosystem.
