Analista de Cuentas por Cobrar (Bilingüe)
Join our team as an AR Accounting Associate (Mid-Senior) and play a key role in ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and reconciliation processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and support critical accounting operations across multiple entities.
Schedule
Monday to Friday (7:00 AM 4:00 PM / 8:00 AM 5:00 PM / 9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST)
Modality
On-site position in: Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras
What you'll do
- Validate financial reports and reconcile AR Aging vs GL accounts
- Analyze and identify discrepancies in financial data
- Download and manage reports from Vfficient & Sage Intacct
- Support audit processes and documentation
- Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures
- Collaborate with Accounting Manager and AR Leader
- Provide general support to the AR department
