Job Objective
The Assistant Director of Finance supports the Director of Finance in managing all financial operations of the hotel, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, local regulations in Uruguay, and hospitality industry standards.
The role is responsible for supervising daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and ensuring strong internal controls across the property. The Assistant Director of Finance plays a key role in ensuring that financial information is reliable, timely, and aligned with the operational objectives of the hotel.
