Job Description
Nasdaq’s Legal, Regulatory & Risk group is looking for a talented and energetic lawyer to join our general legal team located in the North America, Europe and Asia and supporting our businesses worldwide.
Your role and responsibilities- Draft, review, analyze and negotiate a variety of commercial and licensing agreements, including data, content, indexes, technology transactional agreements
- Work closely with sales, operations and product teams to ensure Company objectives are met
- Provide legal guidance and support to our internal businesses and operations around the world including licensing, technology and commercial legal advice
- Keep up to date and provide guidance on regulations that impact Nasdaq products and services
- Represent the company’s positions in commercial matters without close supervision from senior lawyers
