What you will be doing:

  • Acts as the key contact for the Room Attendants, ensuring information is communicated, procedures are in place, standards are met and challenges are resolved
  • Inspects VIP arrivals and stayovers, All Accor Members arrivals and follows up on special VIP and FPC requests
  • Performs routine inspections on Room Attendants, relating to corporate room standards and provides assistance or support to make necessary corrections
  • Handles general inquiries by Room Attendants regarding guest requests and may provide information concerning daily operation of overall housekeeping department.
  • Assist the Senior housekeeper with daily duties to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the housekeeping operation
  • Ensures Fairmont standards are met and exceeded
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Hourly pay rate of $ 25.64 to $29.30
