At least 8 years of relevant experience in project construction, particularly jetty/port construction
With extensive experience in estimation works and preparation of bid proposals
With relevant experience in project supervision, civil and jetty works
With good technical documentation and communication skills
Job Description:
The Assistant Manager (Estimating) is responsible in the pre and post construction works and preparation of comprehensive bid proposals to the client. Provides assistance to the Department Head in managing the estimating team.
Prepares Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost reports, proposals, correspondences and other related documents
Maintains a database of material and labor costs for reference
