· Co-lead in innovation, activation, advertising, and promotion for the deployment of the Brand Marketing Plan and budget.
· Development & timely implementation of IMC Campaign, New Product Launches in coordination with cross functional teams in local market and SSEAHK business unit.
· Co-owner of Category P&L in Western Taste Elevation Marketing team.
Business Performance
-the P&L (top line & bottom line) with GPM to ensure that key business KPI's are met -- revenue, profit, market share and brand health.
- Responsible for Brand Operations such as managing budgets (total A&P), sales tracking for SSEAHK BU priority markets (PH, TH, MY, SG, HK)
- Participate in monthly commercial review to ensure gatekeep our brand performance.
Innovation Development
-by contributing to the development of Innovation strategies to grow the Heinz Masterbrand in SSEAHK.
